Registration Refund Policy

If your circumstances have changed and you are no longer able to attend the retreat or course you signed up for, we are sorry that you cannot practice with us. Refunds will be given following the policies below. We cannot offer credit or transfers. We thank you for respectfully honoring our policies and not asking for any exceptions. We reserve the right to cancel a class or event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If SIM cancels an event you’ve registered for, you will be offered a full refund.

• DAYLONG RETREATS: A refund less an administration fee of $5 will be given if the request is made prior to 72 hours before the daylong. Within 72 hours of the daylong, we can no longer offer refunds. If you registered for in-person attendance, you may switch to the online option if it is offered for the event. Contact the registrar to obtain the zoom link information. If you registered for online attendance and want to switch to in-person, please check with the registrar to see if space is available.
  
• COURSES: A refund less an administrative fee of $5 will be made within one week of the course’s start date if someone on the waitlist can take the spot. No refunds will be given after this date or if there is no waitlist.

• RESIDENTIAL RETREAT:  Full refunds are available within 21 days of registration opening if someone on the waitlist takes the reservation. Within one month prior to the retreat, the deposit will be retained, but the balance is refundable if the spot is filled by a waitlisted person.
