Held at the beautiful Harmony Ridge Lodge, in Nevada City, CA

Exploring the teachings & practices of MahaSati Wisdom Awareness, embodiment, concentration, energy & the brahma viharas. Optional daily Qi Gong. Individual check ins about practice 2-3x during the retreat. Delicious vegetarian food.
