Much gratitude to Barbara Briscoe; to date, she has uploaded five dharma talks to SIM’s website. We are in need of more volunteers to assist us with this effort. If you’re interested, “Leave a Reply” on this post or fill in the contact us form.
Thank you for your interest in attending the Day-long Retreat with Ayya Santacitta and SIM Community Mentor, Diane Wilde on Sat, October 28, 2017. Details for this event are posted on the calendar page.

Dana is a Buddhist word that means generosity
or heart. Nearly all Sacramento Insight Meditation
activities are offered on a dana (donations) basis.
This means our programs are sustained by the
generosity of instructors in offering teachings freely
and on the generosity of students and members of
the meditative community in the form of financial
support, service and participation in events.
Practice dana, please support our Sangha. DONATE NOW
