Discovering Balance

A Meditation Course for Experienced Meditators

Course Overview

This course introduces participants to a form of Insight (Vipassana) meditation that uses the constantly changing process of balance and alignment in the body as the anchor of awareness, rather than the breath. Balance – in the body, mind and heart – is the quality that allows us to settle deeply, attend to experiences calmly and establishes the groundwork for exploration, discovery, insight and healing. The course will emphasize integrating balance and alignment experiences into everyday life. SIM’s Founding Teacher, Dennis Warren, will guide the course. See https://sactoinsight.org/about-us/faculty/ for background information.
