Standing Inside and Outside of Time
Through teaching and short guided practice, we’ll explore the mind which leans forward, pulls back, and tries to make a stand on controlled OKness; and then open up to a conceptual tongue-twister of a teaching from Ajahn Chah which invites us to experience the OKness revealed through resting outside of these conditioned patterns, without negating them. Be prepared for moments when the conceptual mind stops in its tracks… 🙂
