One of the topics the Sangha recently explored was the 10 paramis, the 10 strengths of mind that when cultivating lead towards greater wellness and peace. Tonight’s talk will explore some of the ways the paramis work in tandem with one another as we continue along the path of practice. The evening will include time for a question and response period.
