The Eightfold Path: A Practical Path to Freedom
This course invites us to discover for ourselves what helps us live with less suffering and more freedom. In this four-week course, we’ll explore the path not simply as a Buddhist teaching to learn and follow, but as a path to engage with. Please join us as we’ll consider how the path can inform the ways we understand our experience, relate to others, and cultivate our minds.
Registration
The fee is $50.00 per person due before the start of the first class meeting. If you are able and interested in further supporting SIM financially, you have the option of a registration fee of either $75 or $100 dollars. For the registration fee, we also accept personal checks; please contact the registrar for more information.
