Sacramento Insight Meditation Board of Directors typically meets the second Monday of each month from 6:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Sacramento Dharma Center. Occasionally the schedule will vary so be sure to check the calendar for a current list of upcoming board meetings ( click here to check the schedule ).

All are welcome to attend the meetings. If you have questions regarding any community issue or attendance at a board meeting, you are encouraged to contact a member of the current board. If you are interested in exploring the possibility of becoming a board member, please review the following guidelines:

1. Two years of regular participation in SIM activities and events;
2. Completion of SIM’s Beginning Meditation Course or equivalent Insight Meditation instruction; and
3. An established and regular Insight (Vipassana) meditation practice.
