Thursday Night Talks and Sits
We meditate together every Thursday evening, followed by a talk and discussion. SIM’s Thursday Night sitting group develops Insight meditation skills, the use of meditative awareness in daily activities, friendship and community. Here’s a list of upcoming talks:

Saturday Daylong Retreats
Our monthly one-day retreats are an opportunity to experience a deeper level of calm and balance, and explore different meditation practices in a relaxed environment. Each retreat involves meditation instruction, a discussion, and time for questions and answers around practice themes. We also host an annual week-long residential retreat.
