If you’ve ever wondered\, “What exactly am I supposed to be mindful of?” then hopefully this day of practice will help give you some answers. The retreat will be a combination of sitting\, walking\, short dharma talks\, discussion and breakout groups. \n\n\n\nAbout This Hybrid Retreat\n\n\n\n\nThe teacher will present in-person at the Dharma Center.
