They can easily turn into obstacles to practice if not worked with skillfully.This one-day retreat will involve a relaxed exploration of these important questions and potentially troubling states of mind. Participants will explore a number of recommendations for working more skillfully with them.The day will be appropriate for all levels of experience. Please bring a pen/pencil and paper and your own lunch.
